Absence Notification

All absences must be reported through the Parent Portal:
Parent Portal → My Student → Attendance → Report Absence

Make-Up Classes

• Each student is entitled to one make-up class per term, subject to availability.

• Make-up classes must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried forward.

• Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

• Students may attend another class within the same level.

No Credits

Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers for any reason including illness, holidays, timetable conflicts or change of mind.

Exceptional Medical Circumstances

In cases of serious medical absence supported by a medical certificate, special consideration may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
