Enrolment Fee (Children’s Program)

An annual Enrolment Fee applies to all children enrolled in our programs.

• $50 (+ 10% GST) per student per year

• Second child from the same family: $35 (+ 10% GST) per year

This fee covers:

• Insurance

• Music licensing

• Class equipment and props

• Administrative and enrolment processing

Please note: Enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Term Fees & Invoicing

• Term fees are set regardless of shorter or longer terms or public holidays. Fee prices are based on a ten-week term.

• Term fees are invoiced via the Parent Portal during school holidays prior to each term.

• Payment is required in full one week prior to the commencement of term.

• Late payments incur a $20 late fee.

• Fees are non-refundable.

• All fees listed on this website, including term fees, enrolment fees, and dance passes, are exclusive of 10% GST and are subject to change. GST will be added to all invoices.

To avoid surcharge fees, we highly recommend paying by bank transfer.

Withdrawal & Notice Policy

Families must provide a minimum of two (2) months’ written notice if they intend to withdraw from Chengwu Guo Ballet.

• Notice must be submitted via email to the studio and is effective from the date it is received.

• Term fees and enrolment fees are non-refundable, regardless of when a student withdraws.

• If notice is not provided within the required two-month period, fees for that notice period will still be payable.

Class Entitlement & Multi-Class Benefit Policy

Multi-Class Benefit (Unlimited Pass)

Students who are enrolled in 3 classes per week are eligible for the Unlimited Pass, which allows them to attend additional classes free of charge, including:

• Extra classical ballet classes

• Pointe classes

• Repertoire classes

This benefit is designed to support each student’s technical development and artistic growth.

Conditions:

• Students may only attend classes that correspond to their assigned level placement.

• Attendance in higher or lower-level classes requires prior teacher approval.

Family Discount

A 10% Family Discount applies when more than one child is enrolled.

• The discount applies to total class fees only.

• It does not include enrolment fees or private coaching.
