At Chengwu Guo Ballet, we are committed to providing high-quality, thoughtfully structured classical ballet training in a professional, supportive and inspiring environment. Our Fees & Enrolment information is designed to be clear, transparent and easy for families to navigate.

Term Fees

All class fees are calculated based on a 10-week term.

Enrolment Fee (Children’s Program)

An annual Enrolment Fee applies to all children enrolled in our programs.

  • $50 (+ 10% GST) per student per year

  • Second child from the same family: $35 (+ 10% GST) per year

This fee covers:

  • Insurance

  • Music licensing

  • Class equipment and props

  • Administrative and enrolment processing

Please note: Enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Term Fees & Invoicing

  • Term fees are set regardless of shorter or longer terms or public holidays. Fee prices are based on a ten-week term.

  • Term fees are invoiced via the Parent Portal at the end of each term for the following term.

  • Payment is required in full one week prior to the commencement of term.

  • Late payments incur a $20 late fee.

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • All fees listed including term fees, enrolment fees and dance passes, are exclusive of 10% GST and are subject to change. GST will be added to all invoices.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

  • Bank Transfer (highly recommended)

  • Online payment through the Parent Portal

  • Cash (by arrangement)

Online Payment Surcharges

  • Credit Card: 2.11%

  • Direct Debit: 1.3%

To avoid surcharge fees, we highly recommend paying by bank transfer.

Withdrawal & Notice Policy

Families must provide a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice if they intend to withdraw from Chengwu Guo Ballet.

  • Notice must be submitted via email to the studio and is effective from the date it is received.

  • Term fees and enrolment fees are non-refundable, regardless of when a student withdraws.

  • If notice is not provided within the required two-month period, fees for that notice period will still be payable.

Family Discount

A 10% Family Discount applies when more than one child is enrolled.

  • The discount applies to total class fees only.

  • It does not include enrolment fees or private coaching.

Enrolment Commitment

  • Students enrolling at Chengwu Guo Ballet must commit to our training method, regardless of the number of classes they attend.

  • Students cannot be enrolled in another ballet school at the same time.

  • Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Consultation with our team is mandatory before enrolment if you wish to request an exception.

  • This policy applies only to enrolled students and does not affect Kinder Ballet, Classical Ballet Foundation or Adult Ballet participants.

Book a Trial Class

Prospective students are welcome to book a trial class to experience our training environment.

  • Trial bookings must be made in advance

  • Trial classes are charged at $50 (+ 10% GST) per class

  • If you enrol within one (1) month of your trial class, the $50 trial fee will be credited toward your term fees.

  • Each trial class is treated as a single-class booking

  • Missed trial classes are non-refundable
