Dance Pass Policy
Our Adult Ballet Program is designed to offer flexibility, consistency, and high-quality classical ballet training for adult dancers of all levels. Dance Passes provide access to all adult ballet classes listed on the current timetable.
Adults Dance Pass Overview
Adult Dance Passes may be used for all adult ballet classes listed on the timetable
Passes are valid in accordance with the current term schedule
All classes must be pre-booked via the Parent Portal
Class Booking & Cancellation Policy
All adult classes must be booked through the Parent Portal
If you need to cancel a class, please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one class being deducted from your Dance Pass
This policy ensures fair access to classes and allows sufficient notice for our teaching team

Dance Pass Freeze Policy
Dance Passes may be frozen once per membership by request. Please contact us with a start and end date (open-ended freezes are not permitted).
Freeze limits:
10-Class Pass: up to 3 months
50-Class Pass: up to 6 months
100-Class & Unlimited Pass: up to 12 months
Requests must be made before expiry. Expired passes cannot be extended.
Government-mandated closures are excluded. Special circumstances may be considered case by case.
Important Notes
Dance Passes are non-refundable
Unused classes cannot be transferred to another person
Chengwu Guo Ballet reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and class structures with notice
