We understand that plans can change. To help manage these changes while maintaining the smooth operation of our programs, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Participant Cancellations

Online Payments:

48+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session: Eligible for a refund or credit toward future bookings.
Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session: Not eligible for refunds or credits.

In-Person Payments:

48+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session: Eligible for a credit toward future bookings. Refunds are not available for cash payments.
Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session: Not eligible for refunds or credits. A cancellation fee of $20 may apply.

2. Missed Sessions:

Refunds, make-up sessions, or credits are not available for missed classes, workshops, or coaching sessions.

3. Cancellations by Chengwu Guo Ballet:

In the event we need to cancel a class, workshop, or coaching session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note or relevant documentation may be required.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other events beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. We will, however, explore options to reschedule or offer credits toward future sessions where possible.
