Cancellation Policy for Classes, Workshops, and Private Ballet Coaching

We understand that plans can change. To help manage these changes while maintaining the smooth operation of our programs, please review our cancellation policy below:

 

1. Participant Cancellations

Online Payments:

  • 48+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session: Eligible for a refund or credit toward future bookings.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session: Not eligible for refunds or credits.

In-Person Payments:

  • 48+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session: Eligible for a credit toward future bookings. Refunds are not available for cash payments.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session: Not eligible for refunds or credits. A cancellation fee of $20 may apply.

 

2. Missed Sessions:

  • Refunds, make-up sessions, or credits are not available for missed classes, workshops, or coaching sessions.

 

3. Cancellations by Chengwu Guo Ballet:

  • In the event we need to cancel a class, workshop, or coaching session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative session.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note or relevant documentation may be required.

 

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):

  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics (including COVID-19), or other events beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. We will, however, explore options to reschedule or offer credits toward future sessions where possible.
