• Each children’s class requires a minimum of four enrolled students.

• If enrolment falls below this minimum, Chengwu Guo Ballet reserves the right to adjust class times, merge classes, or cancel scheduled classes.

Attendance at External Masterclasses & Workshops

• Students enrolled at Chengwu Guo Ballet who wish to attend open masterclasses or workshops outside the school must consult with their teacher prior to enrolment.

• Approval is required before attending any external training. Permission may not be granted if the class or workshop is not aligned with the student’s level, training needs, or Chengwu Guo Ballet’s teaching methodology and curriculum.

• This policy ensures that external training supports each student’s technical development, consistency, and wellbeing, and complements their ongoing education at Chengwu Guo Ballet.

Class Changes & Cancellations

• Teachers may be changed at short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

• Classes may occasionally be cancelled due to emergencies.

• In the event of a class cancellation, the fee for the affected class will be credited to your account in the Parent Portal (excluding natural disasters or events beyond the school’s control).

• No credit is given for teacher substitutions.
