How to Purchase a Dance Pass & Book Classes
This page will guide you step by step through creating an account, purchasing an Adult Dance Pass, and booking Adult Ballet classes via our Parent Portal.
Before you begin, please take a moment to read through the Adult Ballet Dance Pass Policy to ensure you understand the details and important notes:
Step 1: Create a Parent Portal Account
If you are new to the studio, please begin by creating a Parent Portal account.
*Existing account holders: please email us to reactivate your account.
Step 2: Purchase an Adult Dance Pass
To attend Adult Ballet classes, you must first purchase an Adult Dance Pass.
Option A: Purchase via Parent Portal
Log in to your Parent Portal
Select Quick Links → “Punch”
Choose your preferred Adult Dance Pass and complete payment
Option B: Alternative Payment
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or cash, please email us with your preferred Dance Pass choice, and we will assist you with the purchase.
Step 3: Book Your Adult Ballet Classes
Once your Dance Pass has been purchased, follow the steps below to book your class(es):
Click Quick Links, then select “Register”
Choose the Adult Ballet Class you would like to attend
Tick “Pick Dates to Drop In” (*Please do not select “Enrol in this class”)
Select the date(s) you wish to attend
Click Submit
You are now booked for your class(es).
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via:
Bank Transfer
Online payment through the Parent Portal
Cash (by arrangement)
Online Payment Surcharges
Please note the following surcharges apply to online payments:
Credit Card: 2.11%
Direct Debit: 1.3%
To avoid surcharge fees, we highly recommend paying by bank transfer.

On the Day of Attendance
On the day of attendance, your Dance Pass will be punched in our system by our team.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a booked class, please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your Dance Pass, in accordance with our policy.
