Online Learning & Force Majeure Policy
Chengwu Guo Ballet is committed to providing continuous, high-quality training for our students in all circumstances.
In the event that face-to-face classes are unable to operate due to government restrictions, public health orders, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to COVID-19 lockdowns), the studio reserves the right to transition all classes to online delivery.

All scheduled classes will continue via approved online platforms.
Class fees will remain unchanged during online delivery periods.
Students are expected to attend online classes in accordance with their enrolled timetable.
This ensures continuity of training and technical development regardless of external circumstances.

Students are responsible for ensuring access to a suitable device, stable internet connection, and adequate space to participate safely.
Chengwu Guo Ballet is not responsible for disruptions caused by individual technical issues, including internet outages or device malfunctions.

Normal attendance expectations apply during online learning periods.
Missed online classes are subject to the standard Attendance & Make-Up Class Policy.
No refunds or fee reductions will be provided due to the transition to online delivery.

Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during online classes.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising younger students and ensuring a safe home practice environment.
