Private Coaching Policy

Private coaching sessions are available exclusively to students currently enrolled at Chengwu Guo Ballet.

Purpose

  • Private coaching provides individualised training focused on technical development, repertoire coaching, and performance preparation under the guidance of our teachers.

Booking

  • All private sessions must be arranged through the studio office via email.

  • Availability is limited and subject to staff schedules.

Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged at the full session fee.

Payment

  • Private coaching fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to the session.
